Enrolling your Child:
We encourage parents to stop in and tour the school for a pre-enrollment visit .  During the tour parents learn about the programs offered and have the opportunity to view the facility.
Enrollment requires the following documents to be submitted for our records:
Child's Application for Child Care
Picture Permission Form
Discipline and Behavior Management Policy
Sick Child Policy
Required Signatures
Program Enrollment Application
Immunization History
Children's Medical Report

Tuition Express Authorization Form

Open Door Policy:

Heritage Children's Academy has an open door policy.  Parents are welcome to visit anytime during the school day.
