Meet Our Director
Hi! My name is Peggy Sackett and I am the director here at Heritage Children’s Academy! I am the mother of two teenagers and one sweet dog. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, sewing, and catching up on the latest movies. I also love sushi!
Before joining the team here at Heritage, I was the director at Millbrook United Methodist Preschool. Prior to that, I spent 23 years in the preschool classroom. I hold my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Birth to Kindergarten Education. I have also taken several graduate level courses in early childhood and have a true love and passion for the field. I believe in supporting every child, and family, exactly where they are at. I see what we do in our field as a sacred trust and instrumental to the development of the love of learning. Remember, 90% of the brain is developed before your 5th birthday, so what we do here at Heritage is incredibly important. I can’t wait to welcome you to the HCA family and watch your little ones grow and learn!
