Here at Heritage we enjoy spending each day watching the children grow and learn. We are a part of their most critical stages of life and are so blessed to be a part of these family's lives. Each day we get to help children become uniquely themselves while fostering a love for learning. The curriculum is easy to follow and we can always add to it or make changes it to meet the children's needs.
One of the other things we love most about HCA is the environment and sense of community. Everyone is truly a team player! No matter the classroom you are working in, you feel welcomed and wanted by not only the children, but co-workers as well. The administrative staff is also there to help you learn and grow as a team and individual—providing monthly training, advice, and encouragement!
